We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, it was perfect!

We had an amazing four-night stay with wonderful staff and the best host, in a stunning location close to the Highlands.

The room was spotless, quiet, and had beautiful views, a powerful shower, and all the amenities we needed; the staff were exceptional and provided us with all the information we required.

From start to finish - a great experience of four nights. Huge and cool rooms with lovely views. Incredible and enviable location at a walking distance from Mercat Cross. Plus right by Dornoch Firth and really excellent restaurant.

The bed is extremely comfy with feather pillows, more than enough. The location of the apartment is lovely to walk around the area, it's very close to local sights as well as Balloan House. The owner has created a special environment, that's a pleasure to be in.

The best B&B I've ever stayed at! The rooms were excellent, with a comfortable bed and a modern en-suite. The host was exceptional, always ready to help and explain everything about the property. The self-service licensed bar was a nice touch, and the view outside was stunning. I loved that they had an electric-car charging station available, it made it so convenient for me. The breakfast prepared by a professional cook was a pleasant surprise, it was absolutely delicious. And the cosy living room was a great place to relax.

If I had to be picky, the view from the room was slightly obstructed due to ongoing construction. However, there was no noise disturbance.

The property was absolutely stunning, with beautiful buildings and high-end furnishings. The room I stayed in was lovely, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were fantastically welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home right away. The location was also perfect, with easy access to Tain and Dornoch. Plus, the food exceeded my expectations, and I got to try some local gin, which was a delightful touch.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. there were quite a lot of house rules and notices requesting quiet, which made me feel a bit restricted.

Great place, everything was top-notch. The owner here is really nice. The rooms were super clean and had amazing views! 😊
